lets do lunch

This week I was accompanied by fifth graders Kye, Rosie, and Scott at the Cambridge community lunch. Sixth graders were on a field trip so these hardworking fifth graders were the lucky picks to help serve the harvest dinner to 50 guests! As usual, they received numerous compliments from the customers and they were treated to a delicious meal after their shift was over. Thank you for stepping up to help! Great work!

And there's more gratitude!

I would like to say a special thank you to Pam Cushman and the sixth graders for conducting a very successful food drive for the Cambridge food shelf that could not come at a better time! I would also like to thank everyone who donated to the food drive. As always, thank you for supporting your fellow community members!

I want to thank our wonderful kitchen crew, cafeteria staff, and our student volunteers for putting on a delicious, well organized harvest dinner yesterday. We fed over 150 guests in addition to our school community members!

I remain grateful for the opportunity to be a member of such a strong and supportive school community!

Speaking of helping others, Mrs. Boucher is once again heading up "Operation Firecuffs" which is a toy drive to benefit the UVM Children's Hospital.
